Orders are done in waves whenever possible, lately it's been once a year due to the amount of orders placed each time. The pre-order window typically stays open for a minimum of two weeks and Olga begins work on them immediately. Once she has a batch done, she ships them to us in the United States together to save on international shipping then we inspect and split the orders to you!
